Refund Policy

Once you enroll in any course or program at Frenchify with Vyom Inc., please note that all fees are non-refundable. This is because full access to the complete course content is provided immediately — including downloadable materials, recorded sessions, and the entire program structure — from the moment of registration.

We kindly encourage you to read the details carefully and make a well-informed decision before enrolling, so the program is the right fit for your goals, schedule, and commitment level.

No Refund for the Following Situations

• Change of Mind or Schedule Conflict: If a student is unable to continue due to changes in personal schedule, work commitments, or travel, no refund will be issued. We recommend reviewing your availability before enrolling.
• Lack of Progress or Non-Participation: Refunds are not provided in cases where students fail to attend live sessions or do not use the course material actively. Access is provided — usage is the student’s responsibility.
• Internet or Technical Issues: If a student faces local internet issues or device problems, no refund or extension will be provided. We advise ensuring a stable learning environment before purchase.
• TEF/TCF Score Outcomes: Since individual effort plays a major role in results, refunds will not be granted based on TEF/TCF exam performance, score dissatisfaction, or test rescheduling.
• Duplicate Enrollments by Mistake: If a student accidentally purchases the same course twice, only the second transaction may be refunded upon written request within 24 hours, and if no access was made through the second purchase.
• Transfer of Course or Level: Courses are non-transferable between individuals or levels. If you enroll in the wrong level, contact us immediately — however, once access has begun, no refunds or switches can be made.
• Session or Access Expiry: After your access duration ends (as mentioned during registration), we do not offer refunds for unused time. Students may purchase an extension or renewal if needed.

Program Access Limitations

The online courses and live sessions have a limited time access as mentioned while purchasing the course. Once the time duration is over, students have an option to buy 1 or 2 month access to the program or a full duration renewal package to re-continue their studies after the course and live session access expires.

Pirating the Intellectual Property

The online course access will be taken away permanently if the profile credentials are shared with someone else and no refund will be provided and account will be terminated permanently.

If the students complete a particular level early than the given time access and move to next level, they will not be provided any refund for the balance time duration on the level.
