By registering for any course or service offered by Frenchify with Vyom Inc., you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We recommend reviewing these terms carefully prior to enrollment.
1. Registration & Payment
Students may enroll in Frenchify Intensive Programs (A1, A2, B1, B2, TEF/TCF) by:
- Purchasing directly through our website using online payment methods.
- Paying offline via E-transfer to the business email: [email protected].
2. Student Responsibilities
Sharing login credentials or course content with others is strictly prohibited. Accessing the portal from multiple devices not authorized by Frenchify will result in termination without refund.
Students are expected to attend weekly live sessions as per the fixed schedule. These schedules are non-negotiable.
Live session recordings are provided only upon prior request, and only within a limited timeframe. Recordings are not a replacement for regular attendance and may be withheld in cases of repeated absences.
Live session timings may occasionally change; students will be notified in advance via email, WhatsApp, portal announcements, or in class.
3. Code of Conduct
All students must maintain a respectful and professional attitude toward instructors and peers. Misconduct, abusive language, discrimination, or harassment of any kind may result in suspension or permanent removal from live sessions or the entire program, without refund.
4. Course Access & Duration
Access to online programs is granted from the date of purchase and varies by level and package (generally from 1 to 12 months).
Once the access period expires, students may renew it by paying an additional fee. No automatic extensions will be provided.
B2 programs are focused on exam preparation and therefore include limited online content, with most learning delivered via live sessions.
5. Program Updates
Course content and duration are subject to change based on curriculum updates. Students will be notified in advance.
In case of major updates that impact the course a student already purchased, they may request a refund for the unused level — only if no content or session has been accessed.
6. Combo Packages & Installments
Students may purchase programs as individual levels or in discounted combos (e.g., A1+A2, A1–B1, etc.).
For installment payments, students must complete payment by the due date. Missing payments may revoke access or discounts, and the student will be required to pay full price for continued access.
7. Registration Fee Policy
Students may reserve their spot in a program by paying a registration fee. This fee is non-refundable and valid for up to 1 month from the date of payment. If the student does not begin the course within this period and no prior arrangement was made, the fee is forfeited.
8. Webinars & Workshops
Frenchify with Vyom Inc. hosts online/offline workshops and webinars to guide students on learning French for jobs, PR, and immigration. Some webinars are free, while others may have a participation fee.
Special offers/discounts announced during these events are only valid for attendees within the specified time.
Extensions may be granted only if the attendee contacts Vyom personally before the deadline.
9. Class Size & Live Session Guidelines
Class size for live sessions may vary based on level and session format.
Access to live sessions starts from the date of course enrollment.
Missed sessions are not rescheduled individually.
Once a student moves to the next level, any remaining time from the previous level’s live sessions expires.
10. Tutors & Live Session Timing
Tutors and session timings are subject to change due to curriculum updates, tutor availability, or student feedback. Students will be notified in advance where applicable.
11. Course Sharing & Copyright Infringement
Sharing of login credentials, course content, or recordings is a violation of intellectual property rights.
Legal action will be taken against any individual sharing content with non-students, other institutes, or for personal/monetary gain.
Permanent account ban will be enforced, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
All content, videos, worksheets, and live sessions are the property of Frenchify with Vyom Inc.
12. External Materials Disclaimer
We recommend third-party books and audio resources such as:
- Practice Makes Perfect: Complete French All-in-One
- TEF – 250 Activités
- Édito A1, A2, B1 series by Éditions Didier
These materials are not owned or copyrighted by Frenchify with Vyom Inc.
13. Writing & Assessment Policy
For B1 and B2 levels, written work, tests, and speaking tasks are corrected within 1–7 working days. Delays may occur due to high volume or technical issues.
14. Tutor Unavailability
If a tutor is unavailable due to illness or valid reasons:
- The session may be canceled or rescheduled.
- Homework or self-practice tasks will be assigned for that day.
15. Pricing Policy
Program pricing may change based on syllabus updates, added features or addition of more syllabus. Students are encouraged to refer to the latest course descriptions before enrollment.
16. Agreement & Updates
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Students are responsible for reviewing them regularly on the website.
